Terms and Conditions for our Public Workshops

Cancellation and transfer
If you cannot attend a workshop after booking, please contact us by email to request a refund of the full fee paid, up to 6 weeks before the event. Thereafter, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
• 4-6 weeks before the event: 50% of the fee
• Up to 4 weeks before the event: no refund can be made.
However, if you wish to transfer your place to someone else, please contact us in writing (email) and we can do this without further charge.

Change of circumstances
CreativityWorks Limited reserves the right to cancel a course at any time, and offer a full refund, or credit, without liability for consequential loss or damage.
